This elite conditioning program is in its second year of helping elite players to take their game to the next level. We are hoping that players make the jump to the next level. Athletes who are committed will experience gains in acceleration, agility, power, speed and strength. We are hoping that athletes who are pushed to their maximum will increase their athletic performance on the ice.
I look forward to working with YOU. The training will be similar to an O.H.L. training camp.
Training Camp Features
Conditioning Camps involves three sessions per week starting upon request. All sessions are 1hr to 1hr and half.
Exercise ladder, Medicine Balls, Elastic Resistance Bands, Exercise Cones, a Whistle, Stop Watch and OHL Experience will be used within the training camp.
Most of the training exercises are timed to improve the athletes acceleration, agility, power, speed, and strength.
Athlete will also have a work-out program to follow at their own work-out facilities.
Chad Robinson has trained with athletes who have competed at the NHL, AHL, CIAU, NCAA, OHL and CJHL level, including other sports, the NFL, CFL, MLB and MLL. He has studied kinesiology at the University of Ottawa.
Chad has successfully completed four seasons in the OHL. He was the twelth pick overall in the 2000/2001 entry draft. He completed his last season with the Barrie Colts in 2005.
Conditioning camp will be located at the following addresses:

Depending on the group of athletes, location could be changed
