Eagle is currently seeking one (1) Bilingual Help Desk Analyst for a three (3) month contract, with the strong possibility of extension.
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must have:
Fluency in French and English;
Experience with Windows 2000;
Strong communication skills;
Experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a call centre;
Basic knowledge of ticketing systems;
Strong client service skills;
Experience with Novell, Mainframe and/or Active Directory experience would be an asset, as well as escalation or problem management experience;
Pay rate: $17.50 per hour
A valid Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
